FULLY-FURNISHED HOME
If your home needs an aesthetic overhaul without structural changes, this is the ideal service for you. Our process is broken into thoughtful and intentional phases for a creative and enjoyable design experience that centers your needs. We begin by ensuring that our goals align with yours with custom furniture layouts and mood boards, followed by a comprehensive presentation. Once our concept has been refined and approved, we will assist with sourcing, tracking, and managing deliveries. When all elements are in hand, we will spend a full day implementing our vision and styling each detail for effortless living.
The Process
PHASE I
Planning
The first step of the process is to meet with you to get a true sense of your project goals and parameters. That information becomes the foundation of our work as we work closely with you, your architect, and other appropriate trades to finalize concepts, schedules, and overall plans.
PHASE II
Selection + Sourcing
During this phase, we will be selecting the elements that your new home will be comprised of, such as cabinetry, tile, plumbing fixtures, lighting, and surfaces. Each will be thoughtfully chosen for beauty, functionality, and comfort. We will begin ordering while we finalize any construction plans.
PHASE III
Construction
Next, we will turn your home over to the experts who will be executing our shared vision. We will make frequent site visits to check for progress and quality, keeping you updated at every turn. If the projects includes furnishing, we will begin preparing for final implementation.
PHASE IV
Furnishing + Farewell
Once construction is complete, we will close out your successful project with any last practical details. If you opted for full-service design, we will schedule a day to install your new furnishings and style each room for immediate enjoyment.
